Shipping Policy

Most of all our orders will ship within 3-4 business for “in stock” items placed before 10am AST on normal business days*. Mi-Belle Apparel & Embroidery provides a lot of custom work and services; because of that, processing times for “custom” work may be longer.

*Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock, and how long it will be to secure them from our suppliers. You can then decide whether to continue with the order or not.

All freight and shipping charges are FOB from our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia Shop. Free Shipping is permitted according to Mi-Belle Apparel & Embroidery Terms and Conditions, and according to the carrier of our choice, unless otherwise specified. If additional transport costs were to apply, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment, even in the case of free shipping. Here is a list of additional fees commonly charged to Mi-Belle Apparel & Embroidery by carriers: wrong delivery address provided by customer, use of tailgate, wait time at delivery, delivery in a private residence, inside delivery, 2nd delivery attempt, refused delivery or order not picked up at carrier office within 5 days, then returned to us and remote area delivery. Please note this list is non-exhaustive.

*Please note: if you live in a remote location (especially one that Canada Post does not service), free shipping may not apply to your order. 

Expedited Shipping typically arrives in 5-8 business days.

Canada Post shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the Canada and US, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.

Mi-Belle Apparel & Embroidery does not deliver to PO Boxes, or some Rural Routes

Mi-Belle Apparel & Embroidery ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 10am EST. Orders placed after 10am EST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process (except for “custom” orders) before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday - Friday. 

We need a little more time to create your amazing, personalized apparel because of the time it takes.  Please allow an additional 2-5 business days processing time for orders with print or embroidery. Once your personalized piece has been created, your order will ship with the shipping method selected at checkout.

MI-BELLE APPAREL & EMBROIDERY will not be liable in any way for any delay in shipment, non-delivery, or default due to labour disputes, transportation shortage, delays in receipt of materials, priorities, fires, accidents, and other causes beyond the control of MI-BELLE APPAREL & EMBROIDERY, or its suppliers.

The customer has 10 days after the receipt of goods to report any damages caused by shipping. The customers failure to give notice of any claim within 10 days from receipt, will constitute an unqualified acceptance of goods and/or services.
