WARRANTY POLICY

MI-BELLE APPAREL & EMBROIDERY of 153 Lundy Dr, Dartmouth, NS B2W 3S3 guarantees the customer that the purchased goods will be fit for the purpose for which the goods are ordinarily intended. Colour, size, style artwork and embroidery will be “approved” by the customer after signing the Sales Approval form.

The customer is given the opportunity to inspect the goods for acceptability regarding workmanship and condition. If the goods are delivered with wrong size, colour and style as previously agreed to; or if the workmanship is faulty, the customer has up to 10 days to return the goods and receive a refund of the purchase price. MI-BELLE APPAREL & EMBROIDERY does not pay for the return of items, it is the responsibility of the customer. Goods that are “customized” are not subject to return or refund for wrong size, colour, or style that had been previously agreed to in the Sales Approval form. If you didn’t receive what was agreed to please return for refund.

The expressed warranty for purchased items are guaranteed for 60 days from time of receiving the purchased goods. The customer will have the option for replacement of the goods, or refund of the purchased price after item is returned; excluding any delivery charges that may have been covered by MI-BELLE APPAREL & EMBROIDERY.
